Korean DMZ a hub for malaria

The border between North and South Korea is considered one of the most dangerous borders in the world. Thousands of landmines are spread throughout the four-kilometer wide and hundreds of kilometers long stretch of land. Soldiers face each other off on both sides of the demilitarized zone or DMZ. But South Korea is facing another threat from the North: Malaria.
