Kohl in Namibia

Many African youngsters might not know him. But in Germany he was one of the most famous politicians: Helmut Kohl, Germany's former longest serving chancellor, died on June 16th at the age of 87. In his 16 years of power, he visited only five countries in Sub-Saharan-Africa, including the former German colony Namibia in 1995.
