As Britain prepares to vote on whether to exit the European Union, a key battleground over what's being called "Brexit" is emerging in Gibraltar. The peninsula on Spain's southern tip is geographically part of the European continent, but has been British territory for more than 300 years. Its 30,000 residents also have British passports, which means they could tip the scales in the June vote.
