There's been an upsurge in fighting in eastern Ukraine. NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg said the clashes have been the most serious spike in violence in a long time. And he urged Russia to use its influence over separatists there to bring about an end to the violence. Roman Goncharenko is with DW's Ukrainian Desk.
