Inside Europe: Measles makes a deadly comeback in Romania

Measles has been a preventable disease since 1963 but it's making a comeback in Europe. The continent is in the middle of a record outbreak that has infected tens of thousands. Joanna Kakissis reports from Romania, which has recorded half of all cases in the European Union.
