Inside Europe: Bonn's debate about shopping culture

Bonn is one of the very few big cities in Germany without a shopping mall in its centre. Not because it isn't attractive to investors. In fact an Austrian group is keen to build a gigantic mall right next to the city hall. But opposition from locals has forced the city authorities to back down from these plans. Our reporter Nemanja Rujević went to check out the pros and cons.
