30,000 people live in a refugee camp in Kaga-Bandoro, a town in the northern Central African Republic. They have fled violence. Attacks on the civilian population are commonplace. Around 600,000 people are now displaced in their own country.
Women stranded as refugees on the Greek island of Lesbos face daily violence, never-ending asylum procedures and horrible living conditions. DW's Marianna Karakoulaki spoke with some of them about their experiences.
