Can seaweed revive Scotland’s economy?

Scottish food start-up Mara harvests seaweed for the table. Besides selling its products in Britain and the US, it wants to expand exports across the EU. More innovative companies like Mara are needed in Scotland, where once reliable industries like oil and gas have faltered. The looming Brexit, however, could further damage Scotland’s economy, and endanger the future of companies like Mara.
