Chicago, the proud city of the Obamas, is known for its glittering downtown. But there is a darker side to the city. Most children from Chicago's West Side have never even had a glimpse of the post-card Chicago. They only know a short life in the fast lane. They don't believe life has something better to offer than the streets. So they join gangs, sell drugs and many end up in prison - or dead.
