World leaders pledge aid after deadly Beirut blasts

French President Emmanuel Macron is calling for an independent probe into the cause of the explosion that leveled much of Beirut. On a visit to the Lebanese capital, Macron said victims and families were owed an investigation and pleaded for international aid.. The blast on Tuesday killed more than 150 people and injured thousands more.
