More than 300 people have been killed since protests against the government of Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega broke out almost a year ago. Hundreds of activists have been locked up, and thousands have fled the country. As Maria Bakkalapulo reports from Miami, many of them are continuing to campaign for political change from afar.
