The Western Union Company is one of the biggest global money transfer agencies with more than half a million retail locations. The company's CEO, Hikmet Ersek, is based in the US. But, as he told my DW's Carsten von Nahmen, Ersek himself knows what it's like to be a migrant- and that also informs his work at Western Union.
