Why it's better to train with your menstrual cycle

Menstruation is a taboo, but ignoring the cycle is risky. 'We wouldn’t see a huge number of performances in sports if women didn’t suppress their bodies,' says triathlete Laura Philipp. She trains with her cycle and is more successful than ever.
