A second whistleblower has come forward with allegations about US President Donald Trump’s dealing with Ukraine. The president is accused of withholding aid in exchange for dirt on a political rival.
For the first time on Wednesday, hearings for the impeachment investigation into Donald Trump will be held in public, on live TV. Those testifying are unlikely to have anything good to say about the president.
The 'Baby Trump' blimp was made famous by protesters in London in 2018. Organizers took it to Alabama ahead of Trump's attendance at a college football game, but an angry passerby stabbed it in the back.
The existence of a second whistleblower, who claims to have firsthand knowledge of Trump's dealings with Ukraine, could add to pressure on the US president and aid an impeachment inquiry against him.
The lawyer for the anonymous whistleblower has pointed to statements from Donald Trump as evidence of a threat against his client. Verbal rampages by the president against his opponents meanwhile show no sign of abating.
