The one-of-a kind European School of Visual Arts was founded in 1995. It teaches students in Angoulême and Poitiers all they need to know about drawing and making. Each year up and coming artists are awarded a prize at Angoulême’s cartoon festival. We met up with one student who’s specialising in drawing cartoons in Angoulême and another student in Potiers who’s made his world out of cartoons. We also have some clips of some ex-students films.
