Sudan's former strongman gets two years for corruption

A Sudanese court has sentenced the country's ousted president, Omar al-Bashir, to two years in detention after convicting him of corruption. The former dictator still faces other charges in Sudan — and is wanted by the International Criminal Court in The Hague for crimes against humanity.
