Stuck at EU border, migrants endure bitter Bosnian winter
Nearly 9,000 migrants trying to reach the EU are estimated to be stuck in Bosnia — more than a third without any shelter, according to the UN migration agency. Many were left homeless when a camp in Lipa was evacuated and later set on by fire. The Bosnian army has set up new tents, but NGOs say more permanent shelter is sorely needed.
