Keeping up with ever-changing beauty standards isn't easy. With the help of modern technology and medication, people can drastically change their appearance — but not all of these methods are safe. DW's Edith Kimani asks our panelists in Accra, Ghana why some feel compelled to chase perfection — and if it's worth the risk.
