Norway grapples with circumcision

In Norway, the government wants to bring the procedure for male circumcision into the public health service. Opponents say no healthy baby boys should be operated on and want a ban, while Jewish and Muslim leaders welcome the government’s proposal, arguing a ban would effectively exclude Muslims and Jews from living in Norway. Lars Bevanger reports from Oslo.
