Pipachá: A new kind of tea

Dirk Niepoort is a vintner and passionate tea-drinker who’s created a new kind of tea: Pipachá. It’s stored in old Port wine bottles for 6 months. “Pipa” means barrel in Portuguese, and “chá” means tea.
