#Germany has it its first female rabbi in 75 years. 31 year old Alina Treiger was ordained in Berlin today. Rabbis from all over the world attended the ceremony including the German president. There has been only one female rabbi in Germany so far - she was died in the Auschwitz concentration camp.Treiger said following in her footsteps was a significant step.
