South Africa's crises: Climate change and mental health

In South Africa's Gauteng province, droughts are common and experts say drinking water could run out in two decades. The maize and cattle industries are under pressure. As climate change affects people's lives, there is an additional psychological toll. For local residents, the stress and uncertainty of the situation has had a negative impact on mental health.
