Israel strikes Gaza, blocks aid as ceasefire talks stall

Israel carried out more attacks on Gaza overnight, hitting the Khan Younis refugee camp. Israeli Defense Minister Katz vowed to keep up the pressure on the Palestinian militant group Hamas until the release of all remaining hostages.
