Inside Europe: Spain's migrant minors at risk

An increasing number of minors from Northern Africa are crossing the Strait of Gibraltar to reach Spain - without their parents. Until they reach 18, the Spanish state takes care of them. But after that they’re often left on the streets without any paperwork. As a result, thousands of mostly young men are left in limbo each year, at risk of becoming criminals or radicalized.
