The European Union has 24 official languages. One of the EU's multilingualism goals is for every European to speak two languages in addition to their mother tongue. Keith Walker speaks with polyglot Alex Rawlings, who speaks a lot more than the EU's target number of languages, and starts by asking him just how many he speaks.
