Inside Europe: Free public transport in Luxembourg

The tiny, wealthy EU member state of Luxembourg has just abolished fares for trains, trams and buses. The government says it's to tackle road congestion and pollution, as well as supporting low earners. All standard-class journeys on public transport are now free of charge. Keith Walker speaks with Martin Jonsson, editor journalist at RTL Today, about the Grand Duchy's unprecedented move.
