A Czech decision to extradite a suspected Russian hacker to the United States is threatening to damage ties with Moscow. Yevgeniy Nikulin was detained in Prague in 2016 by Czech police acting on an FBI arrest warrant, and was finally flown to the US last week. The 30-year-old Moscow native is accused of hacking three American tech companies — charges he denies. Rob Cameron reports from Prague.
