In the Czech Republic, the spa town of Karlovy Vary has been hosting its international film festival this week. It's an annual ritual of obsessive film watching and hardcore partying. Somewhere between Cannes and Glastonbury, ‘Vary’, as it's known, is the country’s premiere social and cultural event. But this year there’s been a hint of controversy, as Rob Cameron reports.
