Diving without fins or oxygen
Also known as skin diving or breath-hold diving, free diving is a form of underwater diving done without any breathing gear. It is also a test of endurance for the human body. Divers breathe in deeply then take the plunge as deep as they can to discover the ocean below the surface, without the use of an oxygen tank or other diving accessories.
