Former IMF chief Rodrigo Rato stands trial thanks to Spanish activists

Former IMF head, Rodrigo Rato, faces a court in Madrid on Monday - along with 65 other former bank executives. They are accused of spending over 13 million dollars on personal expenses. The trial is in part the result of efforts by Spanish activists, who started compiling evidence of corruption is 2012.
