Colombia's presidential vote set for high-stakes runoff

Colombian voters face a stark choice between pursuing negotiations with armed groups and a tougher military-led security strategy.

Far-right millionaire lawyer Abelardo de la Espriella won the first round in Colombia's presidential election on Sunday, and will be facing left-wing candidate Ivan Cepeda in a runoff on June 21.
