Chancellor Scholz in Moscow: Building bridges with Russia

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz has met with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow for talks aimed at averting a war in Ukraine. He saw some positive signs in the withdrawal of Russian troops from the border to Ukraine.
