Brazil landslides, flooding kill more than 20

More than 20 people have died in Brazil after heavy rains. Landslides and floods in the state of Sao Paulo have left hundreds of families homeless. The governor has authorized emergency aid. Brazil has had torrential rains and flooding since December.
