Two rappers, one family. In the past 10 years, Ceza has recorded 5 CDs, won the MTV Europe Music Award for the Best Turkish Act, and regularly offers hip-hop workshops at Berlin's Hebbel Theater. Ayben is one of the few female rappers on the scene. She contributes to Ceza’s albums and has now released her first own album. ARTS.21 accompanied Ceza and Ayben, the hip-hop siblings from Istanbul. They rap in Turkish. But their primary interest isn’t in the lyrics; for them, hip-hop is the culture of a new generation, a feeling shared without regard to nationality.
