Former Trump advisor Steve Bannon has been doing the rounds in Europe trying to sell the idea of his euroskeptic club known as 'The Movement'. But it's gained little traction among the populists he promised to pull together. And it's put in serious question another of his projects, a training ground near Rome for national political warriors. Megan Williams has more.
