Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has told the Shangri-La Dialogue summit in Singapore that Russia poses a growing threat to international peace and food security. With the assault in the Donbas showing no signs of letting up, Zelenskyy also renewed appeals for heavy artillery.
