Avocados have a rather short shelf life. Some of them might still look good on the outside, but are already moldy on the inside. Now, the Californian start-up Apeel has come up with a technique to prolong the fruit's shelf-life. Marcus Schuler has more and his report is presented by Emma Wallis.
