Who will be the next FIFA president?

On February 26, the successor to Sepp Blatter will be elected. How credible are the candidates? And how do they plan to take FIFA out of its crisis? The DW special provides the answers.


With Frenchman Jerome Champagne, UEFA General Secretary Gianni Infantino of Switzerland, the Jordanian Prince Ali bin-Hussein, Tokyo Sexwale of South Africa and Sheikh Salman bin Ibrahim al-Khalifa of Bahrain, five very different candidates are standing for the election. We look at each party's credentials, their plans to change FIFA, and who has the best chance of winning.
