The Day: Hurricane Laura batters Louisiana and Texas

Rescue efforts are underway in Louisiana after it was battered by the most powerful storm to come ashore there in more than a century. At least one person was killed. Hurricane Laura hit Louisiana and neighboring Texas with sustained wind gusts as strong as severe tornadoes. The Day's Brent Goff spoke with Frank Billingsley, chief meterologist at KPRC-TV in Houston.
