She campaigns for a quotas to put women in the boardroom and for men to take over more of the task of raising children in the family. She also runs her own business, a Berlin auditing agency. On Talking Germany, she tells us about how she juggles a career and family.

Stephanie Bschorr's hobby is sailing. Whenever she has time, she takes to the water. It’s a discipline where being a strategic thinker helps a lot, she says. The qualified lawyer runs an auditing firm in Berlin together with two partners. Bschorrjoined the company while still a student – and now has a 30 percent stake in the enterprise. Among her other activities is president of the national association of businesswomen, which lobbies for more women in Germany’s boardrooms. Bschorris married with two children – and is only too aware of the challenges involved in balancing career and family.
