Voters in Kosovo are casting their ballots in parliamentary elections in which all the main parties favor independence from Serbia. The Serbian government in Belgrade opposes independence for the province, and has called on Kosovo's Serb minority to boycott the election. But they won't be the only ones staying away from the polls. Corruption and a sixty percent unemployment rate have undermined confidence in Kosovo's political establishment.
