Inside Europe: Scarves for Bologna's homeless

Neapolitans believe everybody should have access to a decent espresso. That’s how ‘caffé sospeso’ was born - a tradition in the city’s cafés by which you pay for an extra coffee so a less fortunate person can have one for free. Last November, just as the winter chill began to creep in, the city of Bologna launched its own campaign offering scarves instead of coffee. Dany Mitzman has more.
