The German government is set to partially close borders with France, Austria, Denmark, Luxembourg, and Switzerland on Monday. Many of Germany's largest cities have taken the decision to close schools from the beginning of the week -- and authorities have ordered bars, pubs and clubs to shut their doors to the public.
