Europe’s open borders are closing. German media reports authorities plan to close borders with Switzerland and Austria. Added restrictions are also being imposed on the French-German frontier. Many of Germany's largest cities have closed schools from Monday -- and authorities have ordered bars, pubs and clubs to shut their doors to the public.
