Energy efficient cooking stoves minimize health hazards and environmental impact

Many people still rely on open fires for their cooking, spending hours collecting firewood - and breathing in smoke that affects the respiratory system. In addition, there's also a negative impact on the environment. Bonn hosted an international conference on the topic which our colleague Samantha Early attended. In her report, she explores what's being done to make cooking cleaner.
