A German businessman is making the final touches to the building housing his private collection of art works which from June onwards will be accessible to the public. This time it's not just WHAT's on display that's special but WHERE the gallery is located - it's in a former World War Two bunker here in Berlin, which was also home to one of the continent's hottest techno clubs
