Debashis Konar is a principal correspondent for The Times of India, the largest selling English daily of the world. Previously he worked for The Statesman, another well-known English daily. He has two decades of journalism experience and has regularly reported on corruption issues and human rights violations.
Konar has Master's degrees in English and social work and is also a law graduate. His favorite pastime is social work and giving legal opinion.
