Celebrating the world's first ever Day of the Mediterranean

The Deputy Secretary General of the Union for the Mediterranean, John Paul Grech, remembers well the launch of the Barcelona Process, designed to strengthen diplomatic ties in the Mediterranean region.  That was on November 28th, 1995. Over 25 years later, he's proud to be overseeing the world's first ever Day of the Mediterranean.
