Jamus na son karin masana'antu a Afirka

Jamus ta bukaci karin masana'antu a kasashen Afirka domin inganta rayuwar al'ummar nahiyar, a wani mataki na bunkasa yarjejeniyar kawancen raya ci-gaban tattalin arzikin nahiyar.

Shugabar gwamnatin Jamus Angela Merkel ce ta bayyana wannan bukatar, da nufin inganta rayuwar al'ummar yankin da ke janyo kwararar 'yan ci-rani zuwa kasashen Turai, a ci gaba da yarjejeniyar kawancen habbaka tattalin arzikin Afirka mai taken "G20 Compact with Africa." Merkel ta yi wannan kiran ne, yayin taron da ta yi da shugabannin kasashen Afirka da ke cikin tsarin na Compact a Berlin fadar gwamnatin Jamus din.

Shekaru uku kenan da gwamnatin Jamus ta kirkiro da tsarin kulla yarjejeniyar kawancen raya ci-gaban Afirka, inda ma'aikatar raya kasashe ta Jamus ta fara yarjejeniyar da kasashen Tunisia da Ghana da Ivory Coast. Wani abu guda da har yanzu ke janyo tarnaki dangane da batun zuba hannayen jarin kamfanonin Jamus a Afirka, shi ne rashin aminci. Masana na ganin in har za a inganta fahimta kan yare da al'adu da kuma aminta da juna, za a samu gagarumar nasara a fannin kasuwanci tsakanin kamfanonin Jamus da na Afirka.

Wani kiyasi ya nunar da bukatun da matsakaita da kananan masana'antu ke da su, kuma ya fitar da wasu kasashen Afirka 34 da za a iya zuba jari a cikinsu. Kasashen Moroko da Masar ne ke kan gaba cikin kiyasin, yayin da Afirka ta Kudu ke mara musu baya. Daga cikin shugabannin da suka halarci wannan taron, akwai Shugaba Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi na Masar da shugabannin kasashen Benin da Ghana da Moroko da Ruwanda da Habasha da kuma Tunisiya. Ana sa ran Jamus za ta rattaba hannu kan sabuwar yarjejniya da kasashen Moroko da Senegal da kuma Habasha.
