Shari'a kan sakamakon zaɓen Kenya

Willy Mutunga mai sauraron ƙarar a kotun ƙolin ƙasar

"Idan har sake kidaya kuri'un zai nuna cewar Uhuru Kenyatta zai rasa kimanin kuri'u dubu takwas, to kenan zai gaza samun kashi 50 cikin 100 na sakamakon zaben. Watakila sai kotu ta yanke hukuncin cewar za'a gudanar da zagaye na biyu na zaben shugaban kasa."

Idan ma akwai yiwuwar Raila Odinga zai sami sukunin darewa bisa kujerar shugabancin Kenya, to, kuwa hakan zai kasance ne bayan zagaye na biyu, inda zai yi fatan samun kuri'un da masu zabe suka jefawa sauran 'yan takara a zagaye na farko.

Magoya bayan Odinga a fusace bayan an sanar da sakamakon zaɓe

A yanzu dai Odinga ya samu nasarar farko a korafin daya gabatar, a ranar Litinin da ta gabata, yayin da kotun kolin kasar ta ta bayar da umarnin sake kidaya kuri'u a mazabu 22 cikin mazabun kasar 291.

Hukumar zaben kasar Kenya dai ta yi hasashen yin anfani da kwanaki bakwai zuwa goma domin tantance masu zaben da aka yiwa rajista a tashoshin zaben kasar da suka kai dubu 33 da 400.
